Scope

This policy explains information processing by 梓人AI (English brand: ZirenAI) for its website, desktop client and related AI services. Sign-in, payment and model processing also involve the corresponding service providers.

Accounts and information on your device

We process the account identifier needed for sign-in and profile information supplied by the identity service, such as display name and email. Logto handles authentication. The client saves sign-in state, sessions and working data on your device.

AI requests and project content

Prompts, images, tool results and related context needed for an AI request may pass through our gateway to model service providers. They may include project excerpts. Only provide material you have the right to share, and avoid submitting personal information or trade secrets that should not be shared.

Using local modelling software does not mean all processing remains on your device. Model providers may process requests in different countries or regions.

Payment and usage records

Stripe handles payment through hosted checkout. We process order references, purchased packs, payment identifiers, fulfilment status and usage settlement records to deliver orders and handle disputes. Do not send full card information by email.

The service may process access, error and security records for operations, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Purposes and service providers

Information is processed for sign-in, your AI requests, credit fulfilment and display, payments, support, troubleshooting and legal obligations. Relevant information is processed by identity, payment, hosting and model service providers to enable these functions.

Retention, security and requests

Local data is managed by the client and your device. Server-side account, order, usage and security records are retained as needed to operate the service, handle disputes and meet legal obligations. This policy does not promise a single fixed retention period for all data.

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We verify the requester and handle the request according to actual processing and applicable law. Transaction or security records that must legally be retained may not be deleted immediately.
